Refund Policy
At All Out Energy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Individual cans and cases must remain sealed.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For food safety reasons, opened or partially consumed beverages cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the shipping box.
- Photos of the damaged product.
Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
